Karna Peck's Biography
Let me introduce you to my sister, Karna.
She has been an artist for as long as paper was invented. She draws on napkins, canvas and walls. You can find many of her murals adorning buildings in the local area. Fircrest School, a state school for handicapped children, in Tacoma has 11 murals on their walls. Los Cabos Mexican Restaurant in Fife has 11 murals which she painted in 2000. Josaphine's Restaurant in Tacoma, Washington has a continuous mural that adorns nearly the entire interior of the restaurant. She has designed graphic arts for Loft House Cookies which are sold at Walmart and QFC. Hotdog Bills in Belfair has a tee shirt design, business logo, signs and even an oil portrait that hangs in his establishment. If you ask him, he will be proud to show it to you.
Karna is very active in her art. She has many sculptures and paintings. I have written several books with her and rifled through her gallery to place her wonderful paintings in the books. Most of the covers are from her paintings. In the first book we published together, there are 64 pieces.
Presently she is spearheading a program to print several Children's book as well as an interactive teaching/training for grandparents and their grandchildren called "Grama Cards". You may order her art from Karna Peck's Originals.
